Welcome to MoreTok University (“MoreTok,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)—the finest institution to never require SAT scores. By accessing our website, enrolling in courses, or just lurking on our pages wondering if this is real, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, that’s fine, but you’ll have to live with the regret of never officially attending MoreTok University.

Terms & Conditions - The Basics

1. Acceptance of Terms (aka, You’re in Now)

By using this site or signing up for anything, you acknowledge that you:
✔ Are at least 13 years old (or have parental permission to engage in questionable academic decisions).
✔ Understand that MoreTok University is as real as you want it to be.
✔ Won’t try to hack, spam, or generally ruin the experience for others (because we’re all just here for a good time).

2. Courses & Content (Yes, We Actually Teach Things)

Our classes are led by real experts, creators, and professionals who know their stuff. However, MoreTok University is not responsible if:
📚 You don’t become a millionaire overnight after taking our finance course.
📚 You attempt to start a tech company using nothing but vibes.
📚 Your TikTok career doesn’t take off even after completing our Influence Engineering program.

MoreTok courses are for educational and entertainment purposes only—so apply what you learn, but also use common sense.

3. Enrollment & Participation (No, There’s No GPA Here)

You don’t have to take an entrance exam or write an essay, but you do have to:
🎓 Sign up with real information (or at least an email you check sometimes).
🎓 Participate in courses with an open mind and a willingness to actually learn something.
🎓 Respect instructors, fellow students, and the comment section (or face mildly severe academic judgment).

We reserve the right to remove anyone who violates community guidelines, acts like a troll, or tries to sell shady crypto schemes in class.

4. Payments, Refunds & Tuition (We Keep It Simple)

💰 Some courses are free. Some aren’t. Either way, you won’t need student loans.
💰 If you pay for a course, all sales are final—because knowledge is priceless, and also because we don’t have time for refund disputes.
💰 MoreTok University is not responsible for any sudden urges to start a side hustle after taking our classes.

5. Intellectual Property (aka, Don’t Steal Our Stuff)

All content, course materials, and logos belong to MoreTok University and/or the instructors. You may not:
❌ Resell, distribute, or claim our content as your own.
❌ Try to trademark “MoreTok University” (trust us, we already thought of that).
❌ Use our name to start a rival school unless it’s even funnier than this one.

However, you may absolutely flex your MoreTok University enrollment in your bio, LinkedIn, or anywhere else that needs a little extra credibility.

6. Liability Disclaimer (Because We Have to Say This)

MoreTok University is not responsible for:
🚨 Any life-changing realizations you have mid-course.
🚨 Any questionable business ventures you launch based on what you learn.
🚨 Any debates you start by citing “I learned this at MoreTok” in an argument.

Basically, you’re responsible for how you use the knowledge we provide.

7. Updates to These Terms (We Reserve the Right to Evolve)

We may update these Terms & Conditions whenever we feel like it (or whenever our fake legal team tells us to). If that happens, we’ll notify you through our website, email, or a dramatic TikTok announcement.
